Terms of Service

1. Scope and Pathology Research Use

These Terms govern your use of Sirr's pathology research service, Sirr Voice, and related websites, applications, integrations, and support services. Sirr's pathology services, analyses, and outputs are intended solely for research, educational, and exploratory purposes. They are not cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory body for clinical diagnosis, treatment decisions, patient care, or any diagnostic purpose.

2. Sirr Voice Evaluation

Sirr Voice is currently offered to approved, invite-only users for evaluation with synthetic or fictional information. You must not submit protected health information, real patient information, or other sensitive production data during this evaluation. Access may be limited, changed, or suspended as Sirr evaluates service reliability, safeguards, integrations, and product requirements.

3. No Medical Advice, Diagnosis, or Emergency Service

Sirr does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical monitoring, or emergency response. Sirr outputs must never be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions or patient care. Sirr Voice is designed to support administrative workflows and is not a substitute for qualified medical professionals, emergency services, or an organization's established clinical and emergency procedures. If someone may be experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately rather than relying on Sirr.

4. Audio, Notices, and Consent

Sirr Voice may process microphone or call audio, transcripts, structured call information, workflow results, and handoff details. You and your organization are responsible for providing legally required notices, obtaining required permissions or consent from participants, and using recording, transcription, communications, and automated-processing features only where authorized. You must not access or submit information you do not have the right to process.

5. Business Associate Agreements and Protected Health Information

A registration checkbox, account acknowledgment, or acceptance of these Terms is nota Business Associate Agreement. If a future authorized use requires a BAA, that agreement must be separately reviewed and signed by Sirr and the applicable organization, and Sirr must enable an approved service configuration before protected health information may be submitted. A BAA does not replace your organization's responsibility to determine whether its use is lawful and appropriately configured.

6. User and Administrator Responsibilities

By using Sirr, you and, where applicable, your organization's administrators agree to:

• Follow the product-specific boundaries described in these Terms, including the research-only limits for pathology features and the synthetic-data-only limit for the current Sirr Voice evaluation
• Protect account credentials, assign least-privilege access, and promptly remove access that is no longer appropriate
• Configure agent instructions, languages, voices, safety rules, escalation paths, integrations, and tools responsibly
• Authorize only tools and data sources that the organization has reviewed and is permitted to use
• Validate workflows and outputs before relying on them, and supervise material changes made by administrators
• Maintain staffed human handoff channels and practical fallback procedures appropriate to the organization's operations
• Comply with applicable privacy, communications, accessibility, healthcare, and consumer-protection requirements

7. Automated Outputs, Tools, and Human Handoff

Speech recognition, generated responses, summaries, classifications, translations, and other automated outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Connected tools may perform actions based on the permissions and configuration provided by your organization. Human handoff depends on external networks, recipient availability, and correctly configured contact information, and is not guaranteed. Organizations must review important outputs and maintain independent procedures for time-sensitive, clinical, safety-related, or legally significant matters.

8. Privacy and Service Providers

Our Privacy Policy describes the information Sirr processes and how we use service providers and subprocessors, including providers of hosting, authentication, databases, speech recognition, language-model processing, text-to-speech, communications, and security services. Your use of Sirr is also subject to any applicable organization agreement and approved configuration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirr Pathology Intelligence, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any use of Sirr outputs for clinical, diagnostic, treatment, emergency, or other prohibited purposes
• Any decisions or actions based on Sirr analyses, transcripts, summaries, recommendations, or results
• Any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, delays, interruptions, failed tools, or failed handoffs
• Unauthorized or improperly configured access, integrations, tools, models, voices, recipients, or data sources
• Any harm or injury to any person or property

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sirr is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, uninterrupted, reliable, or suitable for any specific purpose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sirr Pathology Intelligence and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the service, content or data you submit, connected tools or integrations you configure, or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
